- Led the product development of a mobile-first car rental platform, enabling seamless hourly rentals and keyless vehicle access via smartphone integration
- Architected the core system requirements and selected a scalable tech stack (ExpressJS & Redis), ensuring high-performance handling of real-time vehicle availability and booking states
- Orchestrated the end-to-end product roadmap and sprint planning using JIRA and Confluence, leading a cross-functional team to deliver features from ideation to production
- Integrated secure JWT-based authentication and complex Payment Gateway modules to automate transaction flows and enhance user trust
- Collaborated with stakeholders to define MVP scope, prioritizing Guest Entry and Map Integration features to streamline the user journey for car discovery and pickup
